Dee Pitcock

DeeDee has been involved with personal training and group fitness for over 25 years. Certifications include ACE (American Council on Exercise) in personal training, group fitness instruction and lifestyle coaching; Group Power; Level I Pilates; Aquatic Fitness; TRX suspension and multiple modality certifications; KBC Kettlebell instructor; and is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer. DeeDee uses her varied athletic background to design individual training programs that are innovative and result oriented, and implements them in friendly, focused workout sessions that are never boring. She is available for one –one training or small group training.
