Ralph has been involved with personal training and group fitness for over 25 years. Certifications include WITS in personal training, group fitness instruction personal trainer. Ralph uses his varied athletic background to design individual training programs that are innovative and result oriented, and implements them in friendly, focused workout sessions that are never boring. Some of these specialized athletic programs are geared toward biking, hiking, and especially SKIING. He is available for one –one training or small group training.
