Mark has been working in the fitness industry since 2009 and on his own fitness for more than ten years. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys everything from rock climbing to competitive kickboxing. He has spent months hiking through the woods of the Appalachian trails and enjoys scaling the cliffs of our local Shawangunk mountains. He has run in multiple marathons. Mark is passionate about fitness and motivates people to help reach their full potential.
