I.F.P.A. certified 2001 for Advanced Personal Training. Michelle also holds a certification in Sports Nutrition, Post-Secondary Rehabilitation and Senior Strength Training. Other studies include Zhi Neng Qi Gong with Master Teacher Eduardo Garcia Osegueda. Tai Quan Do with Chris Hawkins and a Tai Chi-Chi Kung certification from I.F.P.A.
Michelle is a ten year veteran at Signature Fitness and offers one on one personal training as well as small group personal training sessions.
