American Fitness Professional Association certified personal trainer and graduated from Western New England College in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. I became very interested in strength training at the age of 18 and have been a part of the fitness world and training ever since. It is my passion to change people’s lives through health and fitness. I strive to make my clients’ live a better, easier, happier, healthier life every day.
I design my workout and cardio programs to give maximum results in a minimum, but safe, amount of time. My strengths are in building functional strength and muscle, and helping with dietary choices: all while burning body fat. I enjoy working with all different types of clients to achieve their individual goals. With a background playing competitive team sports, I work well with all athletes of all skill levels to help them train for flexibility, power, speed and strength. I also enjoy training the everyday individual whose goals are to live a healthier lifestyle. Helping my clients reach their goals is my goal.
